Uhh, I make the template (the like background image) in Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9 (most people use Photoshop... but I don't have that... =/) and then upload the image to like photobucket or imageshack or whatever, then... code it, basically.

There's gotta be a DIV tutorial out there somewhere which is better than mine! Lol! But mine was just like a basic... not even that, tbh!
